I.....Me.... Myself

To Start.....

I am Viju, for short, and I completed my engg in Compsci from VTU(www.vtu.ac.in) in July 2005. I'm currently a Setup Developer at Satyam Bangalore, India.(www.satyam.com). I do work in the stream of Windows Installer, specifically on Application packaging. Presently, I am carrying out research in the area of application architecture on Windows Vista.. Satyam helps me to undoubtedly do more research and happiest part is, I get paid for learning over here.

I was an active member of IEEE students chapter in our college, where we have conducted many guest lectures from eminent persons.

Yah..now dont guess vijay as a padakoo....

I sing, I play cricket, Basket Ball and sometimes I do research too. I have participated in singing at university levels and I have played cricket in intercollegiate touraments. Playing Cricket and Singing have always been my cherished passion.. To tell you the truth, I dont excel in doing anything. I have to seriosly think about it........

I hate doing exercises. But Now-a-days I got to do, as I have put on some pounds. I love surfing the internet. I browse the web like I have a thirst of gaining many things, and spend hours on it, but finally land up doing nothing. My best friends are my mom and vijay(myself.....). She is the only person, who scolds me everyday, but only she and I know, how much she cares for me. May be, even I do not know. Sometimes, the day is not complete for me, if I do not get scolding from her. Doesn't it sound different !!!!!!

I am religious only when I am in trouble, and I belive in her, only after me. I do feel that, She has given me enough strengths to manage any situations, but sometimes when I am not aware of using the right onr....I speak to her....

I am good looking... And No, It's not a matrimonial column and I am not as jobless as you think.

People say I speak a lot, especially when i type, However.., I reckon.., Its always good to speak out.., than hiding it deep insidee....

Research Interests.

My research interests are broadly in the areas of Applications Architecture and Computer Networks. During my grads, I was working on Sensor Networks and at data link layer( MAC 802.11 in precise). Presently I am wokring with all stuff related to application migration and compatibility towards Windows Vista.

1) Application Compatibilty and Windows Installer 4.0
2) MAC 802.11 for Mobile Ad Hoc Networks and Sensors.
2) Elliptic Curve Cryptography.
3) TCP And Internet Congestion Control.

Hobbies and Other Interests.

Alongwith my research, I also love listening to music. Infact, I am an addict of A R Rehman music. Rehman is undoubtedly my favorite star and sun always rises in my home with a good song of rehman. I like soothing music of Bryan adams and Enrique Iglesias also.

Even though I haven't learnt music, I manage singing these days, the days I performed at my college and the concerts I performed over ther, will always remain as a cherished memories forever.

Cricket and Formula One racing goes much hand in hand in my interests. Kimi and Michael have held my attention for years. I love tennis too.. But I prefer to watch maria or sania moaning on the grass. he he heee....
I do follow foot ball closely, although I hardly play.
